We understand that this journey isn’t easy. We’ll work closely with you, providing the accountability and coaching needed to overcome any obstacles — whether it’s a weekend of indulgence or simply getting bored.

An early athlete I quickly discovered alcohol and everything that comes with it. A high pressure job in the corporate world meant many years of neglecting my health, leading to inevitable burn out.

It was regaining my health and fitness that really helped me make the changes that transformed my life, so much so that I retrained to help other people discover the positive effect of a consistent approach to wellness.

I now coach, lead and inspire people to develop good habits so they reach and maintain their potential, giving them something they can be proud of!

This is how you can start redefining your midlife:

  1. We’ll ask you a few questions about your goals, experience, and anything else so we can see how best we can potentially help you. The form only takes about 7 minutes.
  2. Once the form is submitted, we will reach out to provide you with some feedback and perhaps explore ideas that you can use and put into action.
