An early athlete I quickly discovered alcohol and everything that comes with it. A high pressure job in the corporate world meant many years of neglecting my health, leading to inevitable burn out.
It was regaining my health and fitness that really helped me make the changes that transformed my life, so much so that I retrained to help other people discover the positive effect of a consistent approach to wellness.
